The Sales Assistant position is responsible to provide sales support through proposal creation, quote submittals and order generation. This position assists in monitoring and maintaining the customer records and project documentation, creating hardware takeoffs and schedule detailing for projects, as well as providing customer support.

Customer Technical Support

The Customer Technical Support position is responsible for the technical support functions for the access control and key systems. This position reports to the Services Project Manager and provides internal technical support as well as external customer support for all projects.

End User Sales Representative – K-12 and Higher Education positions

Responsible for cultivating long-term customer relationships, formulating and executing a sales strategy based on Opening Technologies, Inc.’s business services for K-12 and Higher Education market segment.  Responsible for developing a working knowledge in the application, codes and installation procedures for products and technologies provided by the company to advise customers on the solutions that best meet their needs.
